How do I go about getting a website?
Easy. Choose a package and you just email or call us with your
ideas. We take it from there.
Why are you a lot cheaper than most web design company's?
The main reason is because we don't have the costs that other
company's do, so therefore there's no need for us to inflate our prices to
cover other costs not associated with designing and building your website.

How long does it take to complete my site?
Well it all depends on how big your site is and how quickly you get HAPPYapple
your files and images. If the site is 5-10 pages and we have all the text
and images you want on the site then HAPPYapple can have your website ready
to go in under a week.
Why can't I come to your office and meet to discuss
my site?
Well the main reason we prefer to do all of our business over the phone
and through emails is that it makes it cheaper for you. You don't need to
pay us to come and meet you. There's no 'travel' and 'meal' costs hidden in
your invoice. We also find that we can do business a lot quicker if we don't
have to try and organise a good time to meet etc...
How long have you been in the business?
Well HAPPYapple is a very new company. Prior to that we worked
in the government on internal web sites, however it didn't satisfy our creative
urges so we decided to start our own company. We've been in the web designing
business for over 4 years now.
How do I pay and when?
Well we prefer you to pay us directly into our account. We of
course will give you all the details when the time comes. There's no need
to pay all your invoice straight away. Usually we ask for 50percent at the
start and the rest after we've built your site.
What if what I want doesn't fall under your packages?
Well then we're happy to provide you with a personal quote at no cost

What if I don't like the finished website?
Well that's not going to happen. We will make sure that you are
happy with your site and will have you test the design process as we go. We
won't be building your site without you being behind it. If after all the
testing you're not happy with it then we will refund you 20percent of your
money
How do you build your websites?
We use the latest Macromedia / Adobe software to build your website
to your needs. The suite of tools we use are widely acknowledged as the best
of the best and used by all major web design companies. We also add our experience
and creativity into the mix to produce the best possible outcome for your
site.
What if I want to update my website with minor changes?
Well once we have built your site we won't leave you hanging. If you need
to makes small changes to your site such as contact details, email address'
and other such changes we will be more than happy to make these changes for
you for FREE. If ,however, you need major changes to your
site we will make the changes at the minimum of cost.
How much do you charge?
Unlike almost all web design companies we don't hide our prices. We're
not here to rip you off or talk you into paying more than you want. You can

Can you amend/ fix my current website?
We most certainly can. All we need is the passwords to access your site
and files. In 90 percent of cases we will be able to amend / fix your existing
website for EVEN less than our already cheap prices
What if I want to upgrade my site at a later date?
As an existing HAPPYapple customer we will be delighted to upgrade your
website at a largely discounted price. If you decide you would like to purchase
a new totally different site altogether from your existing HAPPYapple site
then we will also provide this at a discounted price.
Why are you prices so cheap? And does this affect
the quality of my website?
Not in the slightest. Our prices are as cheap as possible because of a

The quality of our sites is not reflected in our prices, if anything our prices
don't reflect our high quality of work. We will build your site with the same
creativity, motivation and professionalism that we would with a $15,000 site.
Why do you only do business over the phone and via
emails?
Well why raise costs by doing something that can just as effectively be
done over the phone or through emails? This system also saves time and means
that you get your site quicker and cheaper.
